What have we been up to?

What have we been up to? This is a question I frequently get asked, and I almost always respond, "Not much!". That's sad and actually not true. I just feel that the polite person asking what we've been up to shouldn't have to listen to our long list of actions and activities that make up the life I love. You know how when something super funny happens to you, and you laugh hysterically. Then you try to share that story with someone that wasn't originally there, but they aren't laughing and most likely are looking at you funny? That is what this question is like. We are constantly in motion - from before sun-up to after sun-down and sometimes in-between. If our life was played out on television, I believe it would fall under every genre. Every single day there are tears, battles, laughs, discovery, fantasy, kisses, hugs, suspense, sports, wardrobe-changing, learning, and lots and lots of DRAMA! (This child is the most dramatic nugget you have ever come across. My favorite word to describe her would be "ridiculous".) However, when I try to explain what we "have been up to", I seem to fall short. I'm going to work on a better response, but in the meantime, please enjoy these mundane photos of my little peach cake:)
