Baby wants a bird!

Ahhh, it's Saturday!! And with nothing to do, we decided to make a family trip to the "zoo" to check out the "animal exhibits" (translation - we went to Petsmart to look at small reptiles, birds, rodents and fish... and get the dogs some food). Em LOVED watching the birds! It was very sweet.... so sweet in fact, that we almost left Petsmart with a baby bird of our own.


Danger, Danger!! We already have a zoo! The last thing we need is another pet! So why was J scoping the price of bird cages? No worries. We came to our senses. Then Mommy saw the cutest chameleon (whom J immediately named Karma... ridiculous). Karma didn't share my adoration and kept trying to jump ship while I was holding him. It was a sign. We had to leave Petsmart, and only with the little animal we brought.
