Oh, Dora

My kid is obsessed with Dora. As in Dora the Explorer. Yes, MY child - the one I didn't want watching tv. OBSESSED!!! I was crafty for so long, finding ways to entertain my little rugrat without television's support. But I caved awhile back. It started with a little Baby Einstein. Then a little 15 minute Wonderpets. Now, it's Dora. A lot of Dora. I feel ashamed that my child loves Dora so much, but at the same time, it's fun to see her LOVE something so much! The show is somewhat interactive, thank goodness, and she has picked up some super fun words and dances. To ease my guilt, I must brag that she can do the REAL "We Did It" Dance, says Backpack, Map, Dora, Boots, and can point out any character or place in a Dora book. Look how she loves her some Dora...
