Embree's Prayer

Tonight, during bedtime snack, I prayed aloud that God would help us to continue feeling better. Em has double ear infections and a sinus infection, following a nasty little virus she so generously shared with me and now with her daddy. Then Embree wanted to join in the prayer, so she folded her hands and began to repeat after me. Kinda.

Me: Dear God,

Em: Dear God,

Me: Thank you for everything!

Em: Thank you for everything!

Me: and for everyone.

Em: and for everyone.

Me: Please watch over our loved ones and keep them healthy and safe.

Em: Happy Valentine's Day!

Me: Amen.

Em: Amen!
