Princess Tomboy

I love, love, love how my daughter goes against the norm. Her contrasting personality makes me so happy:)! She is, and will probably always be, a bit of a mystery. Yesterday is a great example. That morning she couldn't wait to show off her earwig collection to Kiki and Poppy (and later to Vonnie and Aunt Judy). Then she found a little lizard (in the house), caught him, named him, and couldn't get enough of him!! That poor lizard- Coconut Kokomo as she named him. Later, Vonnie and Aunt Judy stopped by. Before Em would socialize, she insisted on putting on her full princess gear. Then she came out and played with her brother's new Chuck truck and begged to stay outside looking at paw prints in the dirt. I just love it! And I love this pet lizard! He is so funny!! Here he is playing dead... And had us ALL fooled! Except for Em. She knew he was napping;). He is alive and well... Somehow...
